Pricing Questions, Answered
What does "all features included" actually mean?
Every capability in DZNinja - manifesting, weight & balance, APF integration, online store, jump-run visualiser, and financial reporting - is available on every plan. There are no optional modules or add-on packages to buy.
What are the payment processing fees?
The percentage shown is our platform fee, applied to payments processed through DZNinja. Stripe's own payment processing fee is separate and, in accordance with standard Australian practice, is passed on to the end customer - it is not an additional cost to your dropzone.
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
None. There are no setup fees, no onboarding charges, and no annual contracts. You can start on the Pay As You Go plan at no upfront cost and only pay a platform fee once you begin processing bookings.
When does it make sense to move from Pay As You Go to Standard?
Once your monthly processed volume exceeds around A$20,000, the Standard plan's 1% platform fee costs less overall than Pay As You Go's 2.5% - making the A$299 monthly fee more than offset by the saving. For most active commercial dropzones, Standard is the better value from relatively modest volumes.
Can I cancel or change plans at any time?
Yes, at any time and without penalty. There are no lock-in contracts. If you decide to leave, your operational data remains accessible for export.
Does DZNinja work outside Australia?
DZNinja is built for the Australian market and currently priced in AUD. As a fully cloud-based platform it's accessible from anywhere - if you're outside Australia and interested, get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss how it fits your context.
