DZNinja enables experienced skydivers to add themselves to loads, manage their gear, review their jump history, and top up their account balances - all directly from their own devices. Dropzone operators retain full control over which permissions each jumper holds, ensuring self-service always operates within the boundaries you set. Load Organisers can also be granted permission to manifest for other jumpers, simplifying the coordination of big-ways, training camps, boogies, and team jumps.

DZNinja offers a fully integrated weight and balance calculator built directly into the load management workflow if desired. The system calculates the aircraft's centre of gravity based on the current manifest, equipment weights, and seat assignments. If the aircraft is outside limits, staff are alerted before the load departs. This removes the risk of manual calculation errors and ensures every aircraft dispatched from your dropzone is operating safely and in accordance with its flight manual.

DZNinja synchronises waivers, endorsements, and qualifications directly with the APF member database, keeping your records current without manual data entry. Required documents can be linked to specific roles, ticket types, or operational locations - the system automatically prevents unqualified or un-waivered participants from being placed on a load. All compliance checks happen in the background, giving your manifest team confidence that every jumper on a load meets the required standards.

The DZNinja jump-run visualiser plots the planned run-in direction, exit point, and offset directly over an aerial image of your dropzone. Dropzone staff configure the jump run, and skydivers can view the planned exit point from their own devices. The visualisation can also be displayed on screens around the dropzone, updating in real-time, so everyone knows the spot before boarding.

DZNinja's integrated online shop lets you sell tandem skydives, AFF packages, and other products 24 hours a day without any manual processing. Once a customer completes their purchase, they can book themselves into an available timeslot directly from the confirmation page. All bookings flow automatically into the manifest, with customer details, payment status, and product information pre-populated. This eliminates double-handling between your booking system and your manifest, reducing errors and saving your staff significant time on busy days.

DZNinja automatically applies relevant charges - gear hire, dropzone registration fees, pack jobs, and any other extras - as jumps are completed. Staff services are tracked in the same workflow: as instructors, camera flyers, and packers are assigned to jumps, credit can be added to their accounts automatically. This removes the need for separate tracking and ensures nothing gets missed.

The DZNinja operations dashboard provides a comprehensive view of all historical dropzone activity, including fully compliant APF master logs generated automatically from your operations data.
